RETURN POLICY
All of our fixtures are handcrafted and made to order, specifically for you. Because of this custom process, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Pre-Authorized Returns
In pre-arranged cases, a return may be authorized at the time of purchase. If approved, the following conditions apply and subject to change: • The item must be unused, in new condition, and show no signs of wear, installation, or damage. • The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipment. • A restocking fee will be deducted from the subtotal of the return. • Refunds will be issued as store credit only, less any shipping charges.
Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, including ensuring the item is packed securely. The seller is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during return shipping.
Production & Shipping Delays
Please note that production and shipping lead times are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

We are confident in the quality of our fixtures and work closely with you from the start to ensure your order meets your expectations. If you are uncertain about color or glass options, samples are available upon request before your order is finalized. We also supply product spec sheets with detailed measurements and product specifications for your review. These are available upon request, please contact us for details.
